Our goal is to relieve pain and help your body restore range of motion.
Whether your pain has been caused by the tolls of every day life, sports injury, car accident, on the job injury or post-surgery discomfort, our therapist will work with you or your primary physician to design a treatment plan to help you feel better.
During your medical massage our therapist may use a broader set of modalities, such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Passive range of motion, post-isometric relaxation, deep tissue, cross fiber friction and or muscle stripping to offer aid in muscle health recovery.
Reflexology is performed with pressure to areas on the feet or hands.
Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. This treatment is sometimes combined with other hands-on modalities.
Manual pressure used in myofascial release therapy applies biomechanical force to stretch the tight tissue. Pressure is applied until the tightness melts away or as our massage therapist say; when the body lets go or gives up. This often reduces the pain at the tender sites, loosens restricted movement and restores musculoskeletal symmetry.
